Premium access unlocks additional features, including:
New users receive a 7-day free trial of premium features, starting from their first logged workout session. After the trial period ends, access to premium features will be restricted. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe to a plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled according to the refund policy of your app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact your app store's support or support@aesirtech.com.au.
You retain ownership of all data you create in Striv, including:
By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and sync your data across your devices for the purpose of providing the Service. When you use the AI Workout Generator and enable the "My Data" toggle, you also grant us a license to share relevant fitness data with our AI provider (OpenAI) for the purpose of generating personalised workout recommendations.

You may delete your account at any time by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

The exercise descriptions, muscle group information, and step-by-step how-to-perform guides included in the app are provided for general informational and reference purposes only. The Service does not provide:
The exercise information in Striv should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance from a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer, or healthcare provider. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. You are solely responsible for your use of any exercise information provided in the app, and you assume all risk of injury or harm arising from such use.
Important: The AI Workout Generator uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to create workout suggestions based on your inputs and, optionally, your training data. AI-generated workouts are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional fitness programming or medical advice. You should be aware that:
